After Transit:
- Snails may not immedietly after transit. Allow your snails to acclimate in an area of your tank with some food pellets
- Its normal for snails to float
- Snails are DOA when their bodies are out of their shells or shrunk inside their shell, and smell rotten. If you are concerned about a DOA send me a message within 24 hours of delivery for instructions for DOA policy and upon completion I will replace snails or issue a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Will only ship out Mondays-Wednedays for shortest shipping times. If ordered on a Thursday I will ship the following Monday-Wednesday.
