Interior of the Philly exterior pocket has a velcro closure and 3 slots for pens, etc.
Interior of the Pfizer exterior pocket has a velcro closure. There is a stain on the inside (not visible from exterior) - see pix.
Some minor stains on Philadelphia side (see pix)
2 side mesh pockets for your water, umbrella, etc.
Red shoulder strap is fading and has its own "dust" when you adjust the strap
