Bought a few months ago and forgot do to moving. Can't remember where I bought it from either. I know it was makeup grade, and eye safe!
Palette does have a slight smell, but that might be due to me having left it closed for so long.
I checked a few of the glitters, and they are still moist, but I can't speak for all of them. The glitter is sectioned into individual rows of four, and then each single has its own top. There's even a little plastic piece between the top and the glitter for extra sealing/safety.
