!940s Philco Radio

This is a genuine Philco floor-model radio from the 1940s. The exterior is in really good condition, though a little glue is needed for some woodwork on the sides. I can't tell you the model number as the radio is wrapped and in storage. The cloth speaker covering is in good shape and just needs some cleaning. In the back, the original tubes and wiring are intact as are the original speakers. I cleaned it up for a photograph and, as you can see with photograph #3, with a little love, it is a handsome piece. Of course, it doesn't work, the tubes need replacement and the speakers should be upgraded. That's why the bargain price.
