This is a 1996-97 Upper Deck SPx Michael Jordan card.
At the time of release, it was a super premium card with only one card per pack, making it extremely popular.
There was an insert card called "Record Breaker" of Jordan with a 1:24 chance of appearing, but the regular version of this card was one of only 50 players, making its appearance rate lower. This caused the regular version to be more expensive than the insert, which was a strange phenomenon, lol.
The photo is great, and Reggie Miller is also featured in the hologram, making it feel like a scene from a good era.
The 96 SPx cards have an oval design, which makes centering errors noticeable, and many cards have flaws. However, this card has perfect centering and is in excellent condition. The card appears to be in great condition with no visible scratches.
