All in one nail machine with LED

Nail machine with the original box. I have used this about 4-5 times maybe. I want to go with a different set up so my loss is your gain as this unit wasn’t cheap. I’ll list the pros and cons. Great for starters!!
Pros:
-all in one dust suction for nail filing
-LED 54W lamp to cure for either 30, 60, or 90 seconds; it’s sensor activated
-has a little lamp to help see more detailed nail work
-has an extra USB (where the lamp is plugged in) that will actually charge your phone!
-nail drill goes up to 25000 RPM and comes with the standard bits - never used; adjustable speed dial
-nail drill has a removable clear plastic holder that attaches to the side
Cons:
-suction for dust fan isn’t has powerful as I would like; you really have to right on it and even then it’s not really ideal
-once the RPM’s gets to a certain speed on the nail drill, it does make a slight whistling noise which isn’t bad, but it’s a little annoying to me personally
