This is a beautiful antique Persian Hamadan runner. First off please note the rug is used. It is a good idea upon receipt to have it professionally cleaned. Most of the nap remains. Like with all Hamadan and the nature that this is a handmade piece there is some unevenness. There are jufti knots which are visible. I have photoed some for you. I don’t see any rips/tears/stains. One curled corner and some fringe wear all in all considering the age I think it is in nice condition. See my photos. I do recommend you use a rug mat/pad. These rugs are pieces of artwork and brighten any space they are used in. It measures appr 39 1/2” long and appr 18 1/2” wide.
