Definitely old, believe to be from 1940c, it’s an old item, blemish might occur due to its age! Please check pictures, brass has blemish, some old marks etc.. but this is all about antique right? The crackle glass is perfect! Still works, suggest new wiring because is an old lamp! But it still works fine!
