The APC SURTA48RMXLBP2U is a 48-volt external battery pack designed to extend or restore the runtime of an APC Smart-UPS RT system. It delivers dependable power through two battery modules that arrive fully installed and connected, so you can add capacity or swap out aging batteries without extra assembly.

The batteries sit inside a cabinet that uses just 2U of rack space and mounts in a standard 19-inch rack with the included brackets. Once the pack is in place, a single DC cable links it to the UPS, and the Smart-UPS RT 1500 VA RM 120 V automatically detects the added runtime.

This pack is built for environments that demand continuous operation.
