Alterations: I have a large bust with a small waist. So I had to get a large dress in order to have enough space for my bust. Then, I had the dress altered to fit my waist. There were buttons added for bustling the train. I also had my sash* (see below for details) sewn onto the dress so that it would stay perfectly in place . The sash can be detached if desired.
*Sash was also purchased from David’s Bridal. Model # G231464. Color : ivory. Original price: $99.95.
Preservation: The dress was sent to a third party vendor (via David’s Bridal) on 11/9/18 to be professionally, cleaned, preserved, and boxed. The cost of this service was $100. There’s a 30 year warranty and a satisfaction guarantee on the service.
