While his collaborations with Jeph Loeb on stories such as Spider-Man: Blue, Batman: The Long Halloween and Superman: For All Seasons, would elevate Tim to legendary status, Billi 99 revealed Tim's master storytelling talents. Billi 99 contains over 200 pages of breathtaking, lovingly painted, duo-shade art, with the hand lettering that would become Tim's official font.
