Please review photos carefully. This is in great used condition. I carried it for a few months and it just ended up being too big for me. On the front of the bag there are some slight scratches along the bottom as pictured. There are no rips, tears or stains on the inside and the handles are in perfect condition. This comes from a smoke free home. I do have a cat, so some of the spots that you do see in the pictures is cat hair and I will do my best to get it all off before I send it out.
