Thai iced tea is characterized by a spicy yet sweet aroma of star anise combined with the smoothness of black tea. This is a popular drink that is often served at Thai restaurants and various other establishments. We partake in the beverage quite often, and we have been enamored of its dulcet aroma for a very long time! In creating our olfactory version of this delicious drink, we had the privilege of working with some of our favorite gourmand ingredients! These include vanilla, cinnamon, sweet condensed milk, and various spices! Cardamom joins the cinnamon and star anise for a sweet and bright aroma. Tamarind is a key player in this composition as the sweet and sour aroma is characteristic of the addictive beverage.
