This is the Eufy Home Base 2 wireless/LAN controller for the Eufy product line of cameras. It off for 16 GB of local storage. with USB for an external storage. Wireless connectivity and wired connectivity. If using wired connectivity, you can set up the wireless as a fail over.  This also includes an added accessory battery back up which supplies power to the device for a set amount of time in case of power outage or power surge. Well, this unit does not offer expandable storage like the newer model. It does, however, have more features which may be attractive to you. The unit is less than a year old was never moved or relocated once it was initially set up.
