It provides tables for various rules and statistics, tailored scavenging locations, and guidance through scenes, including populating scenes with inhabitants and adding obstacles. This book requires the core rules from the Fallout: The Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook, but can also use rules and pregen characters from the Fallout: The Roleplaying Game Starter Set.
