- 0-0.4” SLICE THICKNESS ADJUSTABLE: The thickness of the vegetable slicer is adjustable from 0-10mm(0-0.4’’). Turn the central rotary knob left or right to adjust the thickness and turn several times to achieve the thickness you want. - ELECTRIC OR MANUAL USE: In electric mode, pull the spring-loaded lever of the slicer machine and put in the vegetables, the spring-loaded lever can automatically push the food forward to finish slicing, free your hands.
