This item is in absolute pristine condition for its age!! The battery compartment comes with a cover, and the cover comes with a screw. The battery contacts are extremely shiny and new, and so is the plastic on the bottom. The button is extremely easy to press on this one, compared to other items this size/with this button. The button pad is also nowhere near frayed, either. The only possible problems I can think of is the splitting gear in the arm/head movement, and the red light in the bowtie, which has a wire coming loose from it. What I do is I pull the bow out , and then push it back in place slowly. It stays working for a very long time if you do that!
This is the perfect item for people who like the early 2000's Gemmy items, or just the smaller Gemmy items in general. Very cute pig. No batteries are included.
