Condition is Used. Meter in good condition. Hot test lead has a small indention in the middle of the lead caused by a solder iron. It doesn't have any effect in the readings. Neutral test lead is in good shape. The case is in good physical condition but the outside fabric is dirty. It would probably clean up nicely but I don't have the time to try. Includes a newly installed 9V battery.
