These headphones are specifically engineered for rock and heavy metal music. Pop music sounds descent on these as well. They’re like new, and have only been played a few times. The ear cups are soft and spacious and the headphones overall are very comfortable even though they do sit a bit heavier on the head. Excellent sounding, ANC is ok, but ANC is usually not the main reason for purchasing these. I use these as they are. I don’t use the app. Great headphones for people who love metal, rock and pop music. Can be used wired as well. NOTE: I don’t have any of the band ear covers.
