Due to an unfortunate experience I am putting a disclaimer for all velours. If you are not familiar with them please do research before purchasing. The rare ones that are discontinued may be dry upon opening. This is an easy fix with a little duraline. If this sounds like something you cannot handle, please do not purchase any velours that say rare & discontinued.
Buyer acknowledges there is no best buy/expiry date — Inglot/duraline may be needed to revive velours.
I make it clear in my bio I mainly sell rare & discontinued items. I do my due diligence in making sure all items are new. If the wand has been pulled, I no longer consider it “new.” Therefore, I do not know if it needs treated. It is the responsibility of the buyer to do so if needed.
