This is the Cobra H.I.S.S. Tank from the 2004 "Operation Crimson Sabotage" set, originally released as a KB Toys Exclusive during the Valor vs. Venom era. This version features the striking crimson red body and black treads, modeled after the classic 1983 H.I.S.S. mold.
