Six Delphin Swim Discs
Push the discs with the blue, elastic inner cuff onto your upper arm so that the narrow bottom of the swim disc is under your armpits. As your child progresses to swim, you can remove one disc from each arm as a “reward”; etc. If you are tired and have uncoordinated movements, please add another disc.
