Assassin snails are a great addition to your fresh water fish tank! I have never fed them - they eat the algae on the tank walls (and apparently reproduce a lot!) they do need two to tango, though I started with one that ended up making many babies anyways. They are snail predators - they will kill and eat regular snails like mystery snails, ramshorns, etc. these are currently kept in a healthy five gallon with one betta that’s been established for about two years. Please take weather into account, if they end up sitting in your mailbox waiting for pick up in the hot sun, there is always a chance of death through shipment. If this happens, I will gladly refund your order - however please note that once shipped, everything’s out of my hands.
