This is in very good condition. The left/right stickers were a one time use so those are not included. The weatherboard is missing a couple of the weather slides (if I find them I’ll include them and update the listing). Also the long cardboard pieces are bent because they were hard to get in and out for my daughter. You can see the wear and tear in the photos.
