New with tags and ready for your special day! The only flaw I have identified is a missing eye on the hook/eye fastener on the back. The pit to pit lying flat is approx 17.5, waist 14.75. My mannequin is a size 2/4. The dress zips, but does fit snugly, which you may prefer as it is strapless.
