What an amazing find and totally unexpected. I almost lost it when i found this Vintage *Marc Chagall* Exibition Poster of the July 25,1915 Moscow Mikhailova Art Salon. He is one of my most beloved artists and the artist of one of my first art purchases. This is very rare and would be a great addition to a collection or a perfect gift for the fine art lover.
The vintage poater is on white woven paper. Possibly a serilith. The Image on the poster is of a painting by Chagall "Autumn in the Village" supposedly done in the 1930's but also showing up at the Wadsworth Athenaum with the date 1952. Earliest date of the poster is 1952. The poster is in Good to Excellent Condition! RARE & UNIQUE ITEM! The unframed poster measures 26" x 19".
There are only 2 vintage posters available. They are not framed and come in a print roll for safe transportation and handling. One poster is in good to excellent condition and the second has a small tear on the margin and due to the minor imperfectio
