This is a set of vintage mini-Splayds by McArthur, a unique eating utensil combining a knife, fork, and spoon in one. Splayds were invented by William McArthur in Sydney, Australia, in the 1940s. The design was inspired by observing people struggling to balance plates and standard cutlery at parties. They were mass-marketed in 1962 and became popular in the 1970s. The utensils are stainless steel and come in their original presentation box.
