The Naomi Osaka x Comme des Garcons x Nike Blazer Mid is a three-way collaboration between the tennis star, the Japanese high fashion house, and Nike on the iconic mid-top shoe. Osaka’s splashy debut signature colorway with Nike recruits the renowned Commes des Garcons fashion label for its avant garde styling, which appears throughout the upper of this design. Slogans like “Home is Where the Heart Is” are printed across the lateral side of the shoe beneath Osaka’s signature. Other details include “Art is Naomi Osaka” and repeating Comme des Garcons branding on both the lateral and medial side of the shoe. A white leather Swoosh appears on the mid-panel and retro inspired “Nike” branding is located on the heel. Cream colored hairy suede panels cover the toe and forefoot above the vulcanized cream midsole to complete the look of the tennis star’s debut Nike colorway. Release date: December 5, 2020.
