I have only confirmed that the lamp lights up when batteries are inserted. Please note that I have not tested the functionality when connected to a Game Boy.
The serial numbers on the main unit and the instruction manual match. The printing paper appears to be unused.
In my subjective opinion, there are few scratches or signs of use.
However, this is an old, used item, so there may be unseen scratches or dirt. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about the condition.
