clean original system does not have any games downloaded on it
comes with charger, traveling case, game cartridge case and 2 games (nintendogs + lego jurrasic world)
I put a screen protector on both the top and bottom screen however there are still scratches on the actual screens underneath its nothing major but please be aware of that. some scratches on the circle pad. the traveling case has scratches on it and has started to peel.
the 3ds does have a clear case on it for extra protection
