This is a Porta-Tel TTY Machine, looks to be from the 1970s or 1980s. Tested to power on and all keys work. The foam is dry rotted, which is not unusual for a product of its age.
The case looks good save for some scratching on the bottom. I have no idea if the battery holds any charge, I would assume useless. Also it seems someone put electrical tape on the adapter tip. I don't know why this is and I did not remove it to inspect, but it appears to work without issue.
