Buy food in bulk and keep it fresh for up to 5x longer than ordinary methods. The digital kitchen scale displays weight in ounces, pounds, grams, and kilograms for precise portion sizes. This Presto® vacuum sealer is extra easy to operate with a fingertip activated open/close feature and automatic open when sealing is complete. Preserve in-season fruits, vegetables, fish, and meat with an airtight vacuum seal to help prevent freezer burn and reduce waste. Dry foods, such as nuts, rice, and cookies are kept fresh for easy pantry storage. Make custom-length bags with the removable bag cutter. The starter set includes 11” x 20’ and 8” x 10’ rolls for making bags, as well as 1-quart and 1-gallon reusable zipper bags with ports. Seal food in vacuum bags for delicious sous vide meals. Soft-touch buttons select food modes and sealing functions. Choose moist or dry food, seal only, vacuum seal, normal or gentle pressure, and vacuum/marinate. The vacuum tube accessory is used with vacuum zipper bags with ports. Works with FreshDaddy™ and most other brands of rolls and bags.
