My gf got this while attending Culinary school, but they had an extra copy in class so she never ended up opening it herself. It's in excellent brand new condition. She has never opened it though there is a small hole in the plastic wrapping on the side, but it has done no damage to the book itself.

Still a requirement in a lot of Culinary College programs, but not all. A great book for anyone who has an interest in baking at a professional level. The book is very heavy so shipping is kind of steep. I chose the cheapest option available, though.
