This is an excellent piece of training equipment to help strengthen your forearms and wrists. All you need is a 2" Olympic weight plate and a 2" collar to secure your plate on the bar. And you can start pronation, supanation exercises to build strength in your forearms and wrists. Great for, arm wrestlers, bodybuilders, weightlifters, rehab. Look closely at all photos for any flaws or imperfections.As this item is used and will show signs of wear. Which may include , smudges, scrapes, scratches, casting flaws, etc. * Note: Last photo is showing a plate and collar attached to the bar. You will will not recieve those.
