This is a charming and detailed figurine from the David Winter Cottages collection. It is titled "The Dower House" and depicts a Tudor-style house with a thatched roof, a stone chimney, and a garden. The figurine is handcrafted and hand-painted in England at John Hine Studios dated 1982 and has a lot of character and history. It comes with the original box. There is a packing slip in the bottom but has not been filled out unfortunately. The house is in Great condition but box is a little rough so please see pictures. This figurine is a rare and collectible piece of British heritage and a lovely
display item.
