Replacement Mercruiser Sterndrive Units are direct replacements, all parts interchangeable with OEM parts.  Complete Unit or just the Upper or Lower Assembly. Model SE116 replaces MerCruiser's Alpha One Gen II Sterndrive. Comes with Three (3) Year Unlimited Warranty.

The three year fault-free warranty covers any damage to the drive that requires it to be repaired or replaced. Be aware warranty vover parts and labor but not shipping cost. 
Drive units coupled to engines over 300 HP voids the warranty and are not subject to any warranty claims
