This is a set of a Saint James fleece-lined yellow sweatshirt and a cotton muffler.
Regarding the listing, it's listed as a women's M size, but this product is made in men's sizes (S, M, L only), so I think it can be worn by either women or men.
I'm 160cm tall and chose a size S because I didn't want it to be too oversized. I feel like it would be a women's M to L size.
