This item appears to be from around 40 years ago, when my father was a child and collected these.
It seems to have been a prize from a wafer chocolate.
He apparently said it was "sparkly" back then, and he jumped for joy when he got it ✨
Due to long-term storage, there is some soiling as shown in the photos.
I'm not very knowledgeable, so my explanation is poor, I apologize (^_^;)
