This men's Seiko mechanical timepiece from March of 1980 is one of the last "all metal' movements. While most of Seiko's mechanicals are robust, the all metal ones are particularly so. The case as well as bracelet is stainless steel with the case measuring 37mm across. The Dial is a radiant silver with a cross hatch pattern. The day/date is at the 3 and the hour markers are raised steel bars. The 7009 movement is an Automatic wind with 17 jewels and has shock protection. It has undergone a complete service, by a watchmaker, in the past 2 months. It is keeping good time, especially for a watch over 30 yrs. old. This timepiece has very few minor imperfections, in fact, on the wrist, you will believe it is like new. The bracelet has a Z-Deploy clasp and it will fit up to a 8" wrist snuggly.
