This dress was worn twice for prom.
The shoulder straps were shortened to be about 13 inches.
The bottom of the dress was hemmed to floor length, with the small train removed.
I am 5’2 and I wore 3-4 inch heels with this to make it floor length for me. This dress would be best for someone petite, however, the lace up back makes it pretty adjustable within reason.
