It’s for all grip types & includes special features for each. Hand sanded to an eggshell smooth and labeled w/the size on the ends.

There’s a finger rest, flat spots to prevent the hook rolling away when sat down. These properly fill the natural negative space in your hand to keep your metacarpal tendons at their best while you work.
