Magmo (R.I.) was very excited to work with the emerging new skate deck company Lo Directo (Seattle, WA) to develop a design for their first artist deck series. The final deck design titled "BREATH+DESTROY" pays homage to the days when the bottoms of skate decks where scrawled with the some of the most creative, twisted and inspiring graphics of their time. The concept behind the design was quite simple, no matter what challenge you face just take a deep breath and go for it. Magmo, who had grown up on the east coast, had been inspired to create "BREATH+DESTROY" from one of his childhood pastimes. "We lived in a small town right on the ocean, there where also ponds and quarries.
