3 clasps to close- 1 up by the neck collar and 2 about waist level. 1 of these at waist level has a broken clasp but “button” is visible.
The size says small but this coat is very big. In fact I’m a size 6 and it swims on me. I’d more likely see it in line with a medium large or large.
