Cleaned of internal haze producing film and BK-7 prism sides blackened so as to slightly increase brightness and contrast in this single coated classic and so well made Japanese vintage binocular (Vin Bin). Built to easily last a lifetime, they will be used by your grandkids if given some TLC and a cleaning every decade or two! Nothing like them made today. Made by Itabashi whose code was JB-22, the firm is known for unique eye piece design that has a bit more Field Curvature (FC) than most other Porro prism binos. Such tends to accentuate the famous Porro 3D effect! We added a clamshell case for the one piece, B&L style framed beauty and a set of up-cycled ocular lens caps. Focus controls lubed with synthetic grease for smooth operation.
