Weather proof PVC coating on the sockets and 16 gauge wire is designed to withstand the elements while plastic cages help protect the bulbs from damage. Bright yellow color for high visibility. Each 50-foot string features 5 medium base sockets (E26) spaced 10 feet apart. 5 feet of lead and 5 feet of cord at the end of the string with covered plug allows you to connect multiple sets together for a larger coverage area.
