This token is slightly bigger than a U.S. half dollar, and was probably a promo from the Texas Lottery Commission to encourage residents to use it to "scratch off" Lottery tickets.
There are at least a dozen different designs and colors that have been released over the past 33 years, and my research leads me to believe this token was produced between 1997 & 2002.
It has a mintmark RWM... The Rogers Williams Mint in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The RWM has produced 1100 tokens.
I saw this piece on feebay for a $15-30, lol. I'll start it at $10, and you know that Mercari prices slowly come down. Or you can make an offer. I always contemplate offers.
I have hundreds of tokens, and a keyword search for TKxyz1 will show you only my tokens. There is no clutter from the poor Merc algorithm. :-)
I rarely list bundles because they cost you more in postage. When you bundle your selection through the app, Mercari pays any extra postage due.
