"The Crucible" Curdoroy Brown Jacket

To commemorate the release of the 1996 motion picture adaptation of Arthur Miller's classic "The Crucible" (Miller also penned the film's screenplay), 20th Century Fox commissioned this ULTRA-RARE promotional Brown Curdoroy Jacket for the main cast (including Daniel Day Lewis and Winona Ryder), director Nicholas Hytner, the movie's primary producers and select entertainment journalists who attended the film's junket/press day in November "96. It was never available commercially.

Manufactured by Old Navy (reportedly just under 60 were made), the Jacket has "The Crucible" logo sewn/stitched (in yellow) onto the upper left torso of the coat.

The two-pocketed Jacket is size XL and measures 36 inches from the top of the collar to its bottom.

"The Crucible" Jacket was in temperature-controlled storage from '96 until last month. It is has NEVER been worn! It, indeed, looks as stunning as it first did 25 years ago.
