Approximate 32 inch round mermaid wedding bridal petticoat crinoline bridal trumpet underskirt hoop with full Slip. Goes under a dress to make it round and puffy. Is made to fluff out a dress bottom, but it can be folded at the waist to make it shorter so it will poof at any length you like. Has 2 layers, the silky under layer and the lace top layer. Can be folded for easy storage. Not sure but it looks like they may have an Adjustable hoop size. Waist measures=23 inches around has lots of stretch. Great for Halloween costumes.
