This kilt pin is in relatively good pre-owned condition, considering it is over 100 years old.
It is believed to be somewhere in the late 18th to early 19th century. I am unsure of what the stones are. It is marked sterling, as well as some other word and or symbol that I could not read (the wording is very worn).
Cleaning and or polishing may be desired.
