zip with hook and eyes. I love the white stripe in the skirt, makes it stand out from other sets like this. Set is in great condition, seams are holding, rickrack not frayed, color is uniform throughout. The only flaw is there is some super light staining, as pictured. First photo is on the torso, then bits on the waistband and there are a few random tiny spots on the skirt. I gave the set a bath before I took photos and only noticed the spots when the fabric was wet: I did not attempt any stain removal. Pit to pit 17.5" sleeve opening is 7" flat. Skirt waist flat is 13".
